If its rounding you screwed up and didnt get the hex in there all the way the first time. You need to get it out and order a new pivot bolt kit for it.

Theres a 5mm allen inside the main bolt. counterclockwise and itll come out

Yeah, theyre special clips. pull outward on one side of it and it should disengage from the frame, then do the other side.
